Terms of Use for API Integrator

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

API Integrator, including all source code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Anastasios Bolkas ("the Creator") and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. License Grant

The Creator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the API Integrator for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the application
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Using the application for any commercial purpose without express written permission
• Distributing, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring the application to third parties
• Using the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Commercial Use

Any commercial use, including but not limited to:

• Using the application in a commercial product or service
• Offering the application as a service (SaaS)
• Using the application to generate revenue

is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the Creator.

5. No Warranty

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Creator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this application, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

7. Modifications to Terms

The Creator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

The Creator reserves the right to terminate or restrict your use of the application, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
